When used with a 5170066 partition (sold separately), this product divides your sous vide circulator tank into two sections, so that you can easily organize the tank and do multiple items at once. You won't have to waste time fishing out each bag to check its contents - instead you can keep each product type on a side for fast identification. This base can be used with any SMARTVIDE circulator as long as it is being used in a 14.8 gallon circulator tank.
