This Sammic 5140122 Vac-Norm cover gasket is the perfect solution for your kitchen if you want to cut down on the waste created by standard disposable vacuum packaging bags! As part of Sammic's Vac-Norm vacuum packaging system, you can combine this gasket with an appropriate container, cover, seal valve, and either a bench or stand type connection kit, depending on your machine (all sold separately) to quickly and easily seal products in the container. Since the container is rigid, the Vac-Norm system is also excellent if you pack delicate items that could be crushed in a standard bag. It also features a 1/2 gastronorm size. This item will only work on Vac-Norm containers - standard gastronorm pans will not hold up under vacuum.
