It is an ideal system for small jobs when a vac is over kill but you need to cleanup from drywall/mudding/sanding. You will still need your yellow wringer bucket for some big jobs but we all know 90% of the time it is over kill/makes the cleanup harder. The pad is easy to wring out so when you don't have a utility sink it will mean spreading the mess around darn white residue.
If you can love a mop without being crazy, then I love this. This can be used with both a drop mop an wet mop, both of which attach securing with velcro. The mop can be flattened to fit behind or under just about anything. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING THE NON-COMMERCIAL version in stores that comes with the attached cleanser. These always break, and the bottle limits mobility. Just take a squirt bottle with you and you are good to go. I almost enjoy cleaning with this, that's how much of a difference it makes to work with the right tools.
