First of all, it took over 2 months to arrive. Which I was patient with because yanno, covid. Upon assembly it seemed good but after a days use the floor of the hotbox began popping up due to the temperature change in the box which ends up catching the rotating display which then broke the motor. Now I’ve been waiting almost a week for their support to get back to me. Just spring for something better.

I love this pizza warmer. I love that the fact that it spins around and has a chamber ro take water so the pizza is not so dry. The only down fall would be you cant adjust the speed of the rack moving but it's great for our concession area. We also add pastries and other items to keep warm.
