Bought this last week and product is defective, it was hot after using for 10 minutes. I was told there will be a restocking fee plus shipping fee if i want to return it even though the product is defective.

Bought this to replace an old dynamic blender. Robot Coupe's reputation sold me and it ended up being a terrible decision. After 1.5 years of normal use it's shot. I had to put in a new mother board. Then the attachment stopped spinning and now it's leaking oil/grease. It would work on and off making terrible sounds. I had it checked out again and they said to send it back. But neither Webstraunt Store nor Robot Coupe would do anything bc it was over the 1 year warranty. So after putting a lot of money in it it's garbage and there's nothing that can be done. I will not buy a Robot Coupe product again.

Kitchen workhorse!
Bought at webstaurant and used for years intensively without issue.
I have had this immersion blender for 5 years with no problems. It's a good idea to get an extra blade head unit. Would highly reccomend.
