Designed for use in high-volume applications like food manufacturers or hospital and institutional kitchens, this machine delivers superior performance through its CL60E food processor base, which comes equipped with a 3 hp motor to power through even large vegetables with ease.

This processor comes with a pusher feed head so that you can easily tackle a nearly limitless variety of tasks on a single machine. When you need to process larger, bulkier items, you can still achieve high productivity with the unit's pusher feed head. This attachment comes with a 7" diameter moon hopper and a 2 1/4" integrated tube. It can handle an entire head of cabbage or multiple tomatoes, peppers, and onions in seconds! The handle is designed to be as ergonomic as possible for minimal strain on employees. The smaller tube with a pusher located inside the main hopper also allows you to quickly process long items as well; use it to slice carrots in bulk for soups, or slice cucumbers for a salad.

The CL60E is compatible with a large choice of 52 discs. This versatile unit can slice, grate, shred, dice, and julienne, as well as create waffle, ripple, brunoise, and french fry cuts with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately). It is mounted on a stainless steel stand for easy installation and so you can easily position food containers by the exit chute. Since all parts that come in contact with food during use are removable, this processor is also very easy to clean, and its stainless steel housing only makes the process easier.
