Robot Coupe CL60B Details
Quickly prepare up to 3000 meals a day with the Robot Coupe CL60 commercial bulk food processor! This sturdy machine features a stainless steel bulk feed head and stand that makes it easy to process large amounts of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Plus, the entire unit is water resistant and easy to clean!
A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and 3mm (1/8") grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting all stainless steel construction for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, dice, julienne, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately).
The Robot Coupe CL60 bulk processor requires a 208/240V, 3 Phase electrical connection for operation. The machine's 3 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and "high / low" buttons make changing speeds simple.
