This set of discs features a selection of cuts and sizes designed to give your food processor greater flexibility and perform a wider range of tasks.

The 1/4" slicing disc is a great all-purpose option for a wide range of fruits and vegetables - use it for slicing cucumbers, carrots, or celery. For finer cuts, the 1/32" slicing disc offers the same style of cut but in a much slimmer 1/32" profile that's great for making very thin, garnish-style cuts to accent entrees or dress up your plates.

This kit also contains 2 julienne discs to make longer "stick" style cuts. The 1/4" disc is great for thicker items like hash browns and bell peppers, while the 5/64" disc can handle finer cuts like cabbage for coleslaw, or carrots to top off a salad.

Finally this kit also comes with a 1/4" grating disc that's great for grating cheese, cabbage, carrots, and a wide range of other foods! The discs in this kit are designed for use with select Robot Coupe food processors.
