We purchased over $ worth of shopping carts from the Webstaurant Store, and we couldn't be more disappointed. The quality of these carts is absolutely terrible. The child seat plastic portion broke on multiple carts, making them unusable as the push-out part no longer stays together.
This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a serious safety issue. We are currently facing two lawsuits from customers who were injured due to the poor construction of these carts. It's clear that these carts are dinky and not designed to withstand regular use in a busy store environment.
What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of support from both Webstaurant Store and Regency. We've reached out multiple times seeking assistance or at least some form of resolution, but we have been ignored. Their customer service is non-existent, and it's clear they do not stand behind their products.
We are extremely unsatisfied and would strongly advise against purchasing these shopping carts. Save your money and invest in better quality products from a company that actually cares about their customers.
