Great ice bin. This bin is heavy duty and filled with insulation. Solid construction with a lid that fits well on top. I would recommend this for a small amount of drinks. Smoothies and high volume cafes should get a larger size

A good quality drop in ice bin, we have been using it for a year, still in brand new condition, no rusted part. We took the lid coz the it is very small, if we leave the cover on, it is hard to scoop ice out and refill the bin. So I would recommend you get size up if your store is busy.

The ice bin is shoddily constructed. And it was so poorly packed with only one broken piece of foam that it was badly damaged when I got it. Got a replacement but quality and packing still poor.

The perfect addition to our smoothie bar without the need for electricity yet keep ice fresh all day long, great size, we mounted it directly into our bar and use the drain for excess melting water.

It's worked well so far, and has kept the ice cold when closed for larger amounts of time - our only complaint is that the lid could sit in place a bit better. You get used to it, but pulling too hard or unevenly will cause it to have to be reset since it doesn't really attach anywhere.

I purchased the Regency 18" x 24" Stainless Steel Drop-In Ice Bin expecting a durable, insulated product. Unfortunately, it arrived with noticeable dents and did not meet the insulation standards I anticipated. Given its premium price point, I expected better quality control and performance. While it serves its basic function, the issues with its construction and insulation make it difficult to justify the cost.

The built-in cooler is made of stainless steel and appears to be of good quality at first glance. However, I can't evaluate the quality yet because it arrived with one of the corners noticeably bent, so I haven't been able to install it in my patio bar. The photos I’ve included were taken as soon as I unpacked it, and as you can see, the box shows no signs of damage. This leads me to believe the product was packaged in that condition. I was very disappointed, especially since this wasn’t a discounted item—I paid over $. For that reason, I’m not satisfied with this purchase. It would be nice if the seller could contact me to propose a way to correct their mistake.

Hold the ice cold for a long period of time

Game-Changer for our operation, being able to grab ice exactly where we are preparing drinks made to order. Great ice bin, a little on the pricey side but worth it so we installed two for our bar. Heavy duty, well insulated and will keep ice solid overnight. Perfect for our operation, doing 50-100 drinks/day. Only drawback is the under-side, even in an air conditioned location, we have to clean and sanitize regularly, as mold will grow where condensation builds up (this only started about 2 years into use, before we had no issues but same environment conditions.)

This Regency Stainless Steel Drop-In Ice Bin is perfect to put ice for cocktails and keep it always in good condition making the ice durable and super hygienic. It is easy to clean and install.

We use this to display our bottled sodas. It looks great and does the job. It doesn't leak or condensate. I will purchase again when opening another shop.
