Regency 14" x 72" NSF Black Epoxy Wire Shelf

I received my order of Regency green and black wire shelving today with mixed results. The green shelves and posts were well packaged and arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, the black shelving arrived unprotected and poorly packaged. As a result, it suffered noticeable wear and tear during transit. The shelves have a significant amount of chipped black paint along the edges and corners, and the ends of the posts also show noticeable wear. One of the post end caps is also missing. Not sure if I'm going to purchase paint to try and touch them up or deal with returning them. The product will function as designed, but I can't recommend it based on how it was packaged and the condition in which it was received.

In tears - I’ve spent 3 hours trying to put together just the first two shelves! Every time I go to secure a shelf, one of the split sleeves slips down. I’ve tried taping them together, taping under them to hold them in place. I’ve taken apart these shelves so many times they are starting to warp. I’m frustrated and disappointed. I had to walk away from them and now they sit half built as a testament to poor quality control.

the shelves didnt even come in a box they came tapped together and as a result all the corners and edges are nicked and dinged pieces of paint chipped off everywhere. ive never seen a company package a product and ship it this way this is the craziest thing ive ever seen. terrible customer service someone should be held accountable for this or i should be partially refunded for the lack of care in shipping my order. ive included various pics of the damage and the terrible attempt to package the order.

Shelves go together easily. Just make sure the split plastic shelf locking clips are fully engaged to post notch rings. Lower shelves carefully onto locking clips and push down equally with hand pressure. Tap in place with rubber mallet until you see top of locking clip come to top of shelf ring at each corner. NOTE - the only trouble I had was a rough weld on the inside of a few of the round shelf rings that would catch the plastic locking ring and push it downwards. I ground down the rough weld with a dremel tool and solved the issue, no biggy…

Very sturdy wire shelf. You can use them to stack up racks and hold all kinds of heavy inventory. The black finish gives a more auspicious look to your storage space.

The shelf came in a timely manner and is structurally sound. I was disappointed that the shelf was slightly larger than the shelving (#460EB1424K64) that I wanted to put it on. I put it on as the top shelf, and the posts had to be significantly forced outward to accommodate the shelf. I want two more of these individual shelves, but would unable to get anymore on as the shelves are built to slightly different parameters. I may Just buy an entire new shelf and discard the posts, in hopes of getting selves that are the same.

These shelves have muscle! I mean it! They are a little heavy on their own, which lets you know how sturdy they are. They are the best wire shelves that I own to date. My only regret is discovering these after I bought the others, not before. Totally recommend. They hold the weight they advertise, easy!

robust and strong, however, a few times they were out of the appropriate colors needed, so we have some mix and match coloring in a few places.

This was easy to assemble and has held up very well. i would recommend buying extra plastic shelf holders because a few always break when trying to assemble. it takes a couple tries to get the assembly figured out.

I was looking for a dark shelving that would stand up to heavy use. This shelf fit perfectly in my pantry and holds the weight. Easy to assemble

I purchased two of these shelves to add height to an existing unit and webstaurant was the best price I could find all over the internet, even compared to my local hardware store. Delivery was fast and affordable and these shelves are the perfect fit. They look great and helped my situation immensely.

The black epoxy looks amazing and clean hanging on the wall. It arrived slightly bent but was able to straighten it back out. Concerned how well the epoxy will hold up over time.

These shelves are great! They are small and don't take up much space at all. We have them all over the kitchen and use them for practically everything.

The 14 x 72 configuration has provided excellent shelf support in the kitchen. Because of the extra long shelf, they have caved rather slightly, but this is minimal and due to the excess weight we have loaded these with. We usually go over the recommended weight capacity, always pushing the limits. But these shelves still hold up. Coupled with heavy duty 3rd party anchors (not the ones provided) and you can really push the limits.

These shelves are very easy to assemble. You must purchase the posts and sleeves separately. Once you have all of the parts you can assemble the shelves at different heights to suit your needs. We use the complete unit in our walk in cooler for ingredients and product storage.

good product. easy assemble and looks good. it also hold a lot of weight. we put in multiple gallons of sauce bucket and didn't have issue. we got the one with wheels and it act as a movable cart when we need.

We wanted these shelves for over our dish tank because they are coated in a black antibacterial epoxy. We are very pleased with our choice!

Don't order your shelves any where else. These came to us perfectly and great for what I was looking to do (put down a not too wide shelf in a hallway.. I didn't want shelves that were too deep to stick out in the hallway to make walking difficult and these 14 inch ones are perfect. also most places don't have the 42 inch width, i'm actually going to be purchasing 3 more shelves! and may do an extension.

Perfect shelving unit, highly adjustable and an perfect finish. This shelf is particularly nice because it has the height indicators on each post to make it easier to set-up, but it is equally tricky trying to balance the shelf with the mounting clips.

Epoxy could have been applied better. There are obvious spots where's it's already chipped or peeled off. But the shelf itself it very rigid and seems well put together.

This is a great storage shelf for any food service application. We stack our plates on it over our sandwich prep table and we also use one as a drying rack at the end of our dish station. Highly recommended.

Works! and is very attractive on our black wall in our drink area. Black always! Hides imperfections anyways... Glad I got epoxy wire shelf as that is a wet ware washing area!

great shelving, we had a small useless space that wasn't being used. Once we added these shelves we had much more storage space in our cramped booth.

I use this for a dish rack and got the coated kind so it wouldn't rust. Perfect for holding wet dishes to drip dry and a great price.

I have very small storage underneath of stairs. I was looking for something which can fit in my Storage. This shelved I ordered on 03/20/15 and I got on 03/24/2015 in the afternoon. I thought it is going to take long time to assemble it. It was very easy to assemble and I also organize shelf in my storage. I was very happy with the product and also quick services.

These are great shelfs. I always purchased the chrome/stainless steel versions, but I needed something darker and these look good. Only thing that might bother some is that some were slightly bent and chipped.
