Regal rosemary leaves have a distinctive earthy flavor that will taste great in a variety of dishes.
Infuse your dishes with the pine aroma of Regal rosemary leaves. Pale green in color, these petite leaves have a strong scent and flavor. They should be crushed before adding to food to release the flavor. Derived from the mint family, rosemary is used to flavor chicken, lamb, pork, salmon, tuna, soups, and sauces. Keep in mind that rosemary can become bitter with long exposure to heat, so it should be added late in the cooking process.
Dry, Flaky Consistency
To maintain its strong flavor, fresh rosemary leaves were dried to create these delicate flakes. You should crush these leaves before adding them to your dishes, releasing the full aroma and flavor of the herb.
Fresh, Slightly Bitter Flavor
Rosemary has a distinctive flavor that tastes mildly of lemon and pine. It's also slightly bitter and can become too bitter if overcooked.
Use as Ingredient or Garnish
Not only does rosemary add a fresh taste to your foods, but it also looks great and can be used to garnish your plated creations.

People Talk About:little LEAVES rosemary aroma flavor LAMB job Great garden fresh
Great quality! Very little extra debris in along with the leaves. This is a problem I’ve run into with other companies and I was very pleased when I received this container of dried rosemary. Nice aroma and flavor and very little stems.
I MAKE MY OWNED MARINATE FOR MY MEATS AND SPECIALTY MY LAMB CHOSE AND THIS ROSEMARY LEAVES BRINGS IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I JUST LOVE IT.
This rosemary did the job, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of aroma and flavor. It seemed a little stale. This could be because I'm used to using the fresh leaves from my garden - perhaps it is one of those things that doesn't dry very well.
