With a spacious stainless steel worktop surface for slicing, dicing, assembling, mixing, and other food prep tasks, the unit features a 4" backsplash to prevent items from falling off the back of the refrigerator and a cold storage space below.
This model features a field reversible, self-closing, stay-open door for efficient workflow in your prep area. The door design also features a flush mount door handle, magnetic door gasket, and an exclusive stepped design that helps to protect the gasket. Inside, this refrigerator has one epoxy coated shelf to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior.
This refrigerated unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior is also made of stainless steel for the durability necessary for heavy, regular use.
This worktop refrigerator is engineered to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in 100 degree Fahrenheit ambient temperatures. It operates with a 1/6 hp refrigeration system that circulates environmentally-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe temperatures. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. This model has an innovative air flow design that helps to ensure even cooling in every part of the cabinet. Plus, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to retain cold temperatures, which ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers! This unit comes with 6" casters, 2 with brakes. This worktop refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
