With a spacious stainless steel work surface for slicing, dicing, assembling, mixing, and other food prep tasks, the unit comes without a backsplash so it can fit into your work area or slide underneath a counter.

This model also features four pull-out drawers with heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel frames, slides, and acetal rollers for convenient cold storage. The top drawers can hold (1) 1/2 pan, (1) 1/3 pan, (1) 1/4 pan, and (1) 1/6 pan each. The bottom drawers will hold up to (1) 1/2 pan and (1) 1/3 pan. Each drawer is insulated to help keep the contents cold and has a removable gasket that ensures a tight seal.

This refrigerated unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior is also made of stainless steel for the durability necessary for heavy, regular use.

This model has an innovative air flow design that helps to ensure even cooling in every part of the cabinet. Plus, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to retain cold temperatures, which ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers! It comes with 4" casters, 2 with brakes. This undercounter refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
