Craft your signature sandwiches or salads with the Continental Refrigerator RA68N-10-D 68" standard top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator! This refrigerator has enough top space to hold up to (10) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans at a time, giving you the versatility you need to offer guests a variety of different ingredient choices. The 12" deep cutting board makes it easy to assemble food products quickly in one area, and thanks to the bottom storage section, you can keep extra ingredients nearby for refill at a moment's notice. This unit also features four stainless steel roll-out drawers and a 1/2 door, all with magnetic snap-in gaskets to ensure a tight seal. To provide you with efficient storage, each top drawer accommodates 1 full size, 6" deep food pan and (3) 1/6 size, 6" deep pans, and the bottom drawers can each hold 2 full size, 6" deep food pans. Located above the condensing unit, the 1/2 door is spring loaded and self-closing, as well as field rehingeable, making installation a breeze.

Designed to maintain food safe holding temperatures, this prep table comes with a 1/3 hp compressor that circulates environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant while distributing air flow to the pans for even chilling at a steady 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit. An insulated lid can further keep the top food pans at a consistent temperature. The condenser is conveniently located in the front and slides out easily so you can service it as needed.

The front and top of the unit are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, while the end panels, rear, and interior are made of aluminum for long-lasting durability. For excellent temperature retention, the whole unit is insulated with 2" of CFC-free polyurethane, and thanks to its 5" casters, this prep table moves with ease when it comes time to clean your kitchen. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm.
