Bottom belt breaks, jams. Not a good product

I purchased two of these on Sept 27, 2023. So they are roughly 15 months old. The rear wheels are broken on both vacuums I purchased. We use these in an office building and they are not abused and the carpet is not deep. Just the normal carpet squares. The back wheels have small axles that do not go all the way thru the back. They (axles) have worn thru the plastic base and the vacuum will not move because the axle holes have enlarged in the plastic housing and now wheels will not move. I bought replacement wheels for them, however, they are extremely difficult to replace and I have not had any luck on getting the new wheels on due to the design of the base. This is a very poor design of this vacuum and I would not recommend buying this again. For the price I believe they should hold up for more than a little over a year. The warranty does not cover this problem.

I bought this for home use, not commercial. Cheaper than a Dyson (but not much) and I didn't want a bagless vacuum, to me they're gross, and finding a decent bagged vacuum these days is near impossible at retail stores. Sturdy manufacturing, assembly was fairly easy, and tool storage is very secure. It's surprisingly quiet but powerful and it rolls very easily even on thick carpet. Long cord prevents having to switch outlets for any living space. Very pleased with this vacuum.

We love this upright vacuum it has super strong suction and does a great job at homes and offices. Although it is quite expensive it seems to be very durable and works well. It is quite a bit heavier and bulkier but since we transport them from job to job it makes them sturdier and less likely to break when being put in and out of vehicles.
