Shipped fast arrived on time Looked good and produced exactly three pieces of toast before it failed to catch in the down position for a fourth slice of toast. Webstaraunt replaced it immediately after i let them know it was not working right. That is what accounts for the four stars. The product, I assume, can work well for at least a respectable length of time, for buyers who get a working toaster from Proctor Silex on the first try.
