This the first gas valve I ordered it turns out to be a bad gas valve. I submit to return item and was told that someone would call me to look into this and prep for return and I've heard nothing. I was then told that a refund will be issued within 10 days and yet to receive that. More importantly I needed a gas valve so I just ordered another (the same). I recieved the item to find from the appliance installer that this one is defective. I just recieved a message that someone will get back to me within 24hrs. I'm sure thats not going to happen I will get hit with another shipping fee and a restocking fee....to restock a dective gas valve. Fingers crossed!!!!
