Pre-seasoned with organic oil, the durable, nonstick surface is equipped with four separate burners to control temperature across the top. This is perfect for creating hot or cool spots on the griddle to cook various menu items at once, expediting cook times. Each burner can reach up to 62,000 BTU. In addition, the burners have separate dials with an easy push and turn ignition feature to fire up the griddle quickly. At 7 mm thick, the griddle top offers superior heat retention across the 753 sq. in. of cook space!

Fitted with features to improve mobility and handling, this griddle is ready for any occasion. The deluxe shelves provide the necessary support for keeping tools or food close, and they fold up over the griddle top to both protect it and make for compact storage. For mobility, the four included caster wheels allow this unit to move freely throughout spaces, which is perfect for growing kitchens looking to expand outdoors.
