This is the worst product I have ever bought on the internet, I cant believe webresteraunt still sells this product after all the bad reviews it has . stainless steel top warps as soon as you put heat to it. had to add my own heat defussers to get it to work properly

I am one of many customers disappointed in this product due to uneven griddle and not evenly heated. I am very unsatisfied with this product.

Huge waste of time, and money. This is a dangerous piece of trash. Of course Webstaurant doesn’t back their product - the grill is warped, the gas doesn’t connect correctly, and in order to return it they want you to videotape that It doesn’t work - I am supposed to put my home in danger with a gas grill, I don’t think so. They want to charge 30% restocking fee plus shipping - pathetic!! Lousy customer service - run folks don’t make the same mistake. I wish I had read all the negative comments before getting involved in this. This was supposed to be a Fathers Day gift for my husband. This company has no basic business morals or ethics!!!!

this is a very poor poor product. the griddle plate warped instantly. griddle is unable to heat evenly, it's embarrassing to cook on. wish I would have read the negative reviews before purchasing this instead of giving this product the benefit. would highly recommend against it and happily pay the restocking fee to get rid of it.

I am very impressed with the way everything works. It looks better in person than it does in the pictures. It was super easy to put together and did not need any tools.

This is without a doubt the worst grill I have ever used! The very FIRST time I used it, the aluminum griddle plate changed shape, up on one end, down on the other. Now its going to impossible to cook eggs , pancakes or anything like that on it!! AND they said because I used it, I could not send it back!!! I will NEVER buy anything from this place again!! JUNK!!

I have not opened it as of yet it's been to cold it's still in package. But looks very beautiful the heaviness of the grill is amazing .very heavy.

This has been on my wish list for about 5 years already. I was able to purchase them for myself. This made my cooking for large quantities of meat go so smooth!

Very disappointed in this range. Does not heat evenly, if it heats up at all. Look elsewhere for a mobile range, this one will only frustrate you.

The stove was easy to adjust no problems. I made two 8 inch heat defusers for the burners, that took care of the warping problem that people where to lazy to figure out I love the griddle works perfect when you use the defusers im an old Army cook we know how to fix stuff.

This thing is DANGEROUS!! First time I turned it on it the paint caught fire. Poison fumes because of cheap paint

I've been wanting a Blackstone for a long time - but didnt want to pay the hefty price tag - I can do everything you could on a Blackstone on this griddle and its more portable, a better price, and extremely easy to use!

I keep asking myself, “how did I live without this thing?” The possibilities are endless. Steak subs, blackened fish, chiploltle chicken, smash burgers, steaks, chicken souvlaki. It’s my favorite new toy.

If you enjoy cooking outdoors purchase this. I use this at home when frying fish, chicken, or egg rolls. I have also used this on the beach to cook burgers, Italian sausage and other foods on the griddle. It came comes in handy for power outages if you have an electric stove. I'm actually purchasing another for my outdoor kitchen rebuild.

Was really unsatisfied used it for the first time and the griddle bulged. Food was only cooked over the flame and not on the area without flame

Griddle warped after first heat cycle. Burners were very intense. I was able to get the heat under control with the regulator But it seemed to be hot enought to cook only over the burner area.

Used it for the first time today.. The flames from the burners were not even. The griddle bulged on one side and sunk on the other. No place to empty grease. Imposible to check flames. :-( Not happy with the product.

We bought this for a camping trip and weren't happy with it at all. Using it as a stove, it left a black film on the bottom of the pot, and if we turned the burner up above low, the flames went around the side of the pot and scorched the sides (so now my pot is damaged too). But then on the low setting, it took forever to heat things. Using it as a griddle was even worse. While heating the griddle on a medium-low heat setting, the griddle bulged up over one burner and down over the other. The heat was so concentrated over the two burners that it was impossible to cook anything evenly - the food would be blackened where it was over the burner and completely uncooked elsewhere. Pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches turned out horribly. We wasted a lot of money on this, and after one camping trip we're in the market for a replacement.
