Monitor temperatures of your fryer oil or cooking equipment in your commercial kitchen with the PECO Control Systems LB117-057 L117 series manual reset high limit thermostat. Control heating or cooling temperatures precisely with a single interface, improving energy efficiency. With a large, easily readable dial, this thermostat monitors temperatures from 100 to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. Configured to trip at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, it comes with a 36" stainless steel sensor featuring a stainless steel bulb on the sensing probe. It also features a 1/4" NPT fitting. With a 120" capillary, mounting the thermostat in a central location is easy, allowing for optimal probe placement as well.

Designed with a negative bias temperature sensing element, this thermostat is an excellent choice for preventing overtemperature scenarios. The manual reset ensures that you will be aware of temperature sensing failures because the sensor will not reset even when the reset plunger is held down unless the manual reset has been properly performed. If the probe or capillary have become damaged or fail in any way, the thermostat will provide a notification. This thermostat is built to resist corrosion in damp or moist environments, standing up to harsh settings for years to come.
