I am extremely unhappy with this experience. I paid extra for next-day shipping specifically to ensure this item would arrive in time for a major school event, yet it is now scheduled to arrive an additional day late. What is most upsetting is that our students are now missing out on the snow cones they worked extremely hard to earn. This was meant to be part of a special reward and celebration for them. If next-day shipping cannot actually be guaranteed, then it should not be offered as an option to customers. I paid over $ expecting both the item and the expedited shipping service to be delivered as promised. I expect a response from your company and a resolution that makes this right. Very disapointing.
