I love these utensils. They're comfortable to hold, stiff to stir thick mixtures AND clear the bottom/sides of the pan with each pass. Have used to cook eggs, make roux/sauces, "chop" ground beef into crumbles so far. Should be great for hot cereal this winter. Easy clean and no melting.
