Slice faster using this OXO 1271080 Good Grips hinged egg slicer. This slicer has stainless steel wires to produce finely sliced eggs, mushrooms, and other soft fruit and vegetables for use in salads. It features a concave form specially designed to cradle an egg along its length or width. This allows you to create traditional round slices or oblong slices.
The rubber non-slip base of this egg slicer will ensure that it remains stationary when slicing over the surfaces of plates or cutting boards. This slicer also features an extended rubber handle that makes it easier to grip with a wet hand or glove. To operate the egg slicer, simply raise the top half using the handle, place an egg, a piece of fruit, or a peeled section of your vegetable of choice neatly in the holder, and press. You can even use the slicer to dice by rotating your sliced egg, fruit, or vegetable 90 degrees and slicing again perpendicular to the original cut!
