I have only used this mixer to make frosting nothing too heavy I also haven’t had this mixer for long and every time I put on level 2 or 3 the highest speed it does a loud clicking sound slows done and cuts off. I have to hold the handle a certain way and half the time it still doesn’t work I have to wait 30 min to an hour for it to start back working. It literally slows down my business and sits me back.

Love this mixer. Its very efficient and it works very well in my small bakery. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive mixer.
We use this mixer for home use. The bowl comes out to clean. It uses a normal electrical plug. We mostly make pizza dough and we do not even have to knead afterwards. Unit seems very powerful.
