With its oversized 28 3/4" x 13 3/4" inner well, the Vollrath 72051 Cayenne Heat 'n Serve 4/3 size countertop food rethermalizer provides maximum serving capacity in a minimum footprint. It's ideal for buffets, concession stands, or restaurants with limited countertop space!
The Vollrath 72051 Cayenne Heat 'n Server countertop food rethermalizer can accommodate four 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep. Its capillary tube thermostat gives you precise control over the rethermalizer's temperature, while a thermoset, self insulating well ensures quick and consistent heat transfer to your food.
The rethermalizer's dual 800W elements have a non-stick surface to prevent scale build-up and reduce cleaning time. The rethermalizer's well also features a drain for fast water removal and cleaning.
The Vollrath 72051 Cayenne Heat 'n Serve food rethermalizer has a 120V, 13.3 amp, 1600W electrical rating.

Very good warmer/rethermalizer. It gets hot quickly, keeps a wide variety of foods at safe serving temperatures for hours, and uses very little water in the process. This is highly recommended.
Was delivered damaged. 3 of the four "legs" were broken off and the drain spout is loose and leaks. I replaced the legs with an aluminum bar, but I have not been able to fix the leaking spout. Disappointing because it has worked well otherwise.
