Keeping your dishes and glasses clean is essential to the life of your business, and thanks to this durable unit, you can successfully clean up to 38 racks per hour with 0.53 gallons of water per rack! This ensures that you'll always be able to keep up with peak hours of service at your establishment.

This dishwasher has 4 wash cycles and a 17" clearance, which is convenient and ideal for high-volume dishwashing. Plus, the digital display provides easy-to-read information about temperature, errors, and functions. It has an operating water temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit and a rinsing water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This door type ventless dishwasher integrates the heat recovery system (SRS), which recycles steam energy to heat incoming water and keeps steam out when opening the door. This helps to reduce energy consumption and eliminates the need for a ventilation hood.

This dishwasher's Softstart feature allows the motor to start slowly to build up proper speed, helping to protect the ware from flying off the racks with aggressive water pressure at the beginning of the wash cycle. This feature also protects the unit's motor. Additionally, it has a wash tank capacity of 8.7 gallons and a 9.8 kW booster heater with a 2.4 gallon capacity tank. It requires a 3 phase, 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
