Scratch and Dent Avantco A Plus APST-72 72" 3 Door Stainless Steel Refrigerated Sandwich / Salad Prep Table

This has literally been the biggest headache and waste of money . The fridge broke one month into buying it. Webstaurant has their "warranty" which took about a minth to have someone come check it out... I own a working restaurant how am i supposed to go a month without a fridge. Since then it has stopped working 4 times, wella 5 counting today actually. Repairs have been about $2,000. So if you have a bunch of money you don't want and business you want to lose this option is great for you.

Full sheet, 1/3 pans 1/6 pans are STANDARD sizes This description does not say that this unit does NOT accommodate standard size pans, and that you have to buy special pans that fit only this unit . Very disruptive to our business. This should have been made perfectly clear in the description. I think 36 pans should be included in this purchase. We are stuck with an oddball cooler that we have to keep two sets of pans that can be used nowhere else in the operation I do'nt know how many stars it deserves, we just got it

Most sandwich or salad bar units have choices for different size of containers that you can work with, but this one is only for small toppings containers, you cannot rearrange any different sizes. I do not recommend this unit unless you only need it for toppings….

I purchased a brand new prep table and it took 4 weeks and 5 days before I was ready to use it and when we plugged it in it didn’t get cold. It’s a refrigerated unit.

Piece of junk, freezes up constantly and only wants one configuration of pans.

Arrived busted, not working and then Webstaurant sent me down the Warranty rabbit hole....do yourself a favor....don't buy Avantco if you want a system that lasts more than 3 years.

It's been nearly 8 months since we first use it. Cold as it should be and quiet. There is one problem is the door grove that acted as door handle to open the door; the design is running along all 3 doors like a flush channel fro ( not a single handle for each door with protector) , so when you accidentally holding at the edge of one door to open you finger will get caugh in the next door grove which will jam you finger or fingers

Product was intended to be used for our truck, slight issue was that it was received damaged, wheel legs were broken off and doors were dented. Granted webstaraunt issued partial refund, made it worth jimmy' rigging the machine so that we could use it immediately
