Scratch and Dent ServIt WDSFS-1 Single Freestanding Drawer Warmer - 450W, 120V

I have two of these and I've had some issues with both of them. All the handles have come off and I had to Loctite them back on. I should've done that in the beginning but that's a lesson learned. The temperature dials come off real easy since it's just held on by a small set screw. Even tightening them down as a tight as I can, they still slide off so one of my guys just left them both off and uses his fingers to turn the the metal stem. One of the drawers has stopped warming. I'm hoping it's just the heating element and that it's easily replaceable. I've learned from my ServIt steam table that you need to keep spare heating elements on hand since they do burn out once a year or so. I need another 2-drawer warmer right now and I think I'm going to spend the extra money and try the Alto-Sham. It has digital controls and the handles seem to be more durable.

Purchased this item and within a couple of months, the bearings that hold the drawers up fell off. Warming part works great but can't say much for the design...can't close drawers all the way because of missing parts that fell off.

this item is not made for high volume restaurants. the handle for the bottom fell off after a few months and the face of the Bottom drawer has fallen off after 8 months.

This warmer works perfectly to keep our biscuits hot and moist at one temperature, then our muffins at a difference temperature. It is the right size to keep a gravy warmer and some plate stacked on top. No issues and very easy to operate. Unit came easily to just take out of box and plug in.

This Freestanding Drawer warning is PERFECT for our kitchen to keep our homemade cornbread and biscuits in. We have bought multiple units as we also use it to keep our tortilla chips warm and ready to serve. We love this unit and have it at both of our locations. It was also delivered FAST

Cheaply made. Front face of drawer connected with cheap rivets which only lasted a short while. Perhaps in a slow restaurant with light usage, this might suffice. Not for a busy restaurant, however.

It's mobile. It's great. You can maneuver this warmer wherever you need it. It's designed to hold three drawers which helps keep your food organized. Add labels outisde so you know which drawer holds what and you're set!

We were looking to keep our cornbread/rolls warm during lunch. This is the perfect product. Compact, affordable, sturdy. Our team would definitely recommend this product.
