Designed to produce great tasting ice at an efficient rate, this Hoshizaki KM-231BAJ 24" air cooled ice machine combines reliability with top notch energy saving capabilities. With the ability to produce up to 213 lb. of ice cubes per day and store up to 80 lb., this unit is the perfect addition to your bar or restaurant.
This unit uses R-404A refrigerant and a CycleSaver design that allows the production of the same amount of ice in half the cycles of other ice machines, maximizing performance and energy efficiency while consistently producing crescent shaped ice cubes that are both crystal clear in appearance and easy to chew. And thanks to the H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection, you can be sure of a safe and sanitary product, no matter what!
The EverCheck alert system notifies you when your machine needs to be serviced, making maintenance simpler than ever. The stainless steel evaporator is designed for increased efficiency with maximized surface area, a faster harvest cycle for increased production, and an increased bonded surface area that creates a stronger, more durable structure. Plus, to further ease maintenance, this unit contains a removable air filter, which keeps the condenser coil clean to improve performance and longevity. This unit comes with 6" legs and requires a 115V electrical connection.
