Stylishly showcase your refrigerated delicacies with this Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-R-SLH curved glass refrigerated sushi case! Featuring contemporary curved glass and a self-contained refrigeration system, this unit will highlight all of your products. Perfect for sushi products, this case has solid food plates with a radius groove design and an easy-to-clean stainless steel construction. Plus, the plate space on top of the unit makes serving quick and convenient!

This model comes with a self-contained condensing unit mounted on the right side of the model when viewed from the display side. It uses a convection cooling system and eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant to keep the interior at a safe holding temperature of 39 degrees Fahrenheit. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. It comes with a thermometer so you can ensure proper holding temperatures at all times. To help improve cooling performance, you can turn the food plates upside down depending on your needs.

For quick and easy access during service hours, this display case has 2-piece glass doors with a plastic seal at the end of each door opposite the handle. This case is made of durable stainless steel, inside and out with a radius along the edge of the floor on all four sides to eliminate corners that can harbor food particles and bacteria. It has a 1" diameter drain hole for easy cleaning and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
