This toaster utilizes its patented ColorGuard sensing system to monitor chamber temperature and adjusts conveyor speed accordingly to ensure that you are getting perfect and consistent toasting. The ColorGuard sensing system monitors and adjusts conveyor speed and temperature to toast food consistently. A probe near the opening monitors the temperature constantly so the system senses when the cabinet temperature drops. Then, the belt speed is automatically reduced to account for the lower temperatures. This smart technology results in more consistent batches for a quality product every time. There is also a conveyor speed knob if you wish to manually control speeds.
Capable of toasting up to 250 slices per hour, this toaster can get you through your busiest periods. Switching between single sided or double sided toasting is done with just the press of a button. This toaster has reflectors behind both sets of elements to provide even color and more efficient energy usage. Additionally, a power-save mode works to save you energy during off-hours. When it's time to clean the machine the air intake filter screen is easily removable, as well as the crumb tray. Hatco toasters are also insulated, resulting in some of the coolest surface temperatures in the industry for added safety! This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Just what we needed. It will toast 1 bagel split in half across the conveyor and that is what we needed to fit the space. The best part is that the back doesn't burn the wall like the old one did. It is much cooler at the back than the broken one. Very satisfied with this product.

We utilize this product quite often, works very well and has held up with constant use and let's face it abuse too! I would definitely recommend!
This has been a solid toaster for us even with it only being 120V. I was initially concerned but did not have the opportunity to upgrade power in my space and opted for the 120V. it has beat all expectations and provides consistent toast. I love the variety of settings as well.
