Perfect for use on buffet lines and self-serve areas, this Hatco GRBW-72 Glo-Ray buffet warmer lets you merchandise hot, fresh, ready to eat items while simultaneously keeping them at safe serving temperatures! This 72" warmer features a metal sheathed infrared element and thermostatically controlled base to provide both top and bottom heat to your culinary creations, while shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs illuminate the display area for better product viewing. Plus, the toggle controls make it easy to switch on and off. And to promote proper sanitation, this model also comes with an acrylic breath guard on both sides! For your convenience, 4" adjustable legs are included. Clear anodized aluminum is the standard color option and all other color options listed are non-returnable.

Buyer Beware. I would have given this a 5 star review if not for HatCo customer service. I've purchase (3) of these for our restaurants in the last 4 years. They work as they are intended, until they don't. Our first one burnt through the heating element in under 30 days. When we called HatCo for the warranty it was one of the worst experiences I've had. They pretty much think their product is infallible. They sent us to a second party repair service, General Parts. They do this for plausible deniability purposes, or the lost in translation denial claim. The technician determined in under 5 minutes that the element burnt out and it was in no way a fault of our own, it was a manufacturing defect. HatCo denied the claim, and all charges for the repair work and part came to us. We literally had to get an Read More
