This high-wattage unit will not only reliably hold your food at ideal serving temperatures, but can also quickly rethermalize for added flexibility. Operation is a snap as well thanks to a simple on / off switch and temperature control dial, while the unit also provides you with the flexibility to run in wet or dry modes.
This 4/3 size countertop food cooker / warmer boasts a 1 mm thick stainless steel well with a stainless steel housing and aluminized bottom for a durable construction that is sure to provide long-lasting performance. And to keep your countertops clean and sanitary when the unit is run in wet mode, the pan edge offset helps prevent condensation from dripping onto your countertops. It requires a 120V electrical connection.

bought this last year and it worked fine for one year......half of it won't heat now......half will. They don't make things like they use to....looks like other folks had problems as well.

Bought two of these and they both broke in 5 and 7 months respectively. Do not buy unless they are for temporary use. Junk junk

Lasted about 6 months at a low volume restaurant. We use it to hold sauces/gravies. The knob broke so it can't be turned on.

Our business purchased this warmer last October. We thought we would get a top model versus a cheap model. A mistake apparently, of the 11 months we have had this unit it has been broken 6 of the 11 months, through no fault of ours. We have had to use the warranty twice for the same problem(circuit burning up). Each time it has broken, it has taken months to get it repaired. The warranty is great, the unit a possible lemon, buyer beware.
