This Cooking Performance Group deep depth single deck full size electric convection oven is an invaluable asset to any commercial kitchen. Perfect for virtually all cooking and baking applications, this oven provides the versatility your business needs. The interior is 27 7/8" deep and can fit a full size sheet pan front-to-back and side-to-side, so there's no need to rotate pans. From a hearty lasagna to a delicate souffle, the oven can handle a wide menu of items to keep up with customer demands. Its dual-speed fan, adjustable racks, and generous temperature range all make it a must-have in professional food service.
It features a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is powered by an 11 kW heater and built-in convection fan. This unit allows you to switch the built-in convection fan between 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low. This gives you control over the oven's functioning so that it's always operating in the best manner for your tried-and-true or experimental recipes. A built-in timer gives you precise measures for your bake times to ensure that every product is cooked to perfection.
For long-lasting durability and easy cleaning, the interior of the oven is made with porcelain sides and floor. It includes 3 adjustable wire racks, which can be moved into 11 different positions to best suit your menu. Not to mention, the 27 7/8" deep interior offers increased versatility, as a full size sheet pan can fit longways without having to turn the pan. Two independent glass doors feature Bakelite handles to provide comfortable heat resistance and to provide visibility while closed. This gives you the ability to check on dishes without releasing hot air and reducing the chamber temperature. This oven comes ready for 208V, 3 phase (field convertible to 1 phase) electrical connection for operation.

We use two of these ovens (stacked) daily in our bakery, and they have been workhorses from day one. They bake evenly, preheat quickly, and hold temperature beautifully, perfect for consistent cakes and cookies. The controls are simple and sturdy, and the stainless-steel finish still looks brand new even with heavy use. We had some issues early on with the temperature spiking, and while the warranty company tried to assist a few times, our electrical engineer was ultimately able to resolve it. Make sure you have a professional, insured electrician handle the installation to avoid any issues. Also, be aware that wattage specifications may change from the manufacturer, so double-check before setup. For bakers transitioning from home to storefront, this oven runs cooler than a home oven. I used to bake cakes at 330–350°F and cookies at 380°F at home, but this oven performs best around 250–275°F for cakes and cupcakes and about 350°F for cookies. Also, keep in mind that you may need additional accessories if you plan to stack these ovens, depending on your desired height and workspace layout.

This oven is not a good fit for our business. It has alot of hot spots. Pieces falling off door, hard to open and all around takes extra long to bake

Uneven heating Doors so incredibly hard to open every time it ruins whatever is baking because you have to jinx it open! Not sure where or how to get in touch to get warranty on this, has 4-5 weeks of use, doors arent aligned correctly so the heat isnt even

Avoid this oven. Oven turned on and lasted a total of 5 minutes. A 0 star rating would be the best rating I could give both the oven and Webstaurant. Spend a little more and buy from a local restaurant supplier with a sales team and support.
