Since this coffee maker has a simple handle mechanism, it is easy to operate for even your newest employees. You can simply program your coffee recipe into the machine and then every time your staff turns the brew handle the results will be consistent and repeatable no matter which employee is making the coffee. Plus, since the brew cycle is so quick and easy to start it helps to save time and labor costs in your concession stand, restaurant, banquet facility, or convenience store.
This coffee brewer has an intermittent spray-over feature that controls the brewing process and delivers well-balanced, great tasting coffee in every batch. The gravity-fed dispense tube system resists lime and scale buildup to reduce maintenance needs and provide superior performance. For safety, brew basket interlocks are incorporated into each start switch to prevent hot water from being dispensed when a brew basket is missing. Ideal for high volume coffee service, this unit brews up to 10.5-15 gallons per hour. This model requires a 120/208-240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation and has an output of 4600-6100W.
