Worst cooler we ever purchased after six months wasn’t cooling it took three weeks for them to get back to us to see WHEN they could come out and take a look at it. I ended up having my refrigeration guy fix it and not wait for them. Terrible to have you wait 3 weeks without a cooler. Yes it voided the warranty but what can you do!

I PURCHASED THIS LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. THE COOLER WENT OUT. I CALLED A REFRIGERATION COMPANY TO SERVICE IT AND WAS TOLD HE HAS SEEN THINGS LIKE THIS IN A MUCH OLDER COOLER. BUT DEFINITELY NOT IN A NEWER UNIT. DO NOT PURCHASE. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND THEIR OWN TECH. ONLY TO TELL ME THEY WERE ONLY REPLACING PARTS NOT THE UNIT. SO THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS NOT GETTING REPLACED. SHAME ON WEBSTRAUNT FOR NOT STANDING BEHIND THE MERCHANDISE.

I like the value of this Avantco APT-71M-HC 71" 3 Door Mega Top Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table compared to top brands like True Refrigeration or Beverage Air. You need to play around with adapters from other brands and play around with pans so you'll find the perfect fit/set up you need.

Delivered on time. Set up eas easy. Works as required. I will let you all know if something changes.

Easy set up, plug and play, the prep/ cutting board area is a little small on the depth side, the cutting board itself is way to thick and heavy.

I bought it in October 2025, and had twice fix in three months. The warranty is very difficulty.

In the delivery they WONT bring it inside, they just dropped on the sidewalk outside. I think they should bring it inside.

I bought this refrigerator and it stopped working after only 18 months. Very disappointing for a commercial appliance.

I had issues with this product since day 1. It was replaced when the summer was over, now the unit stopped working twice. The technicians are stating the temperature in the kitchen is too hot! But I have other refrigerators from other brands that have been working just fine for years! They have a nasty customer service, they are aggressive and rude who don't let customer talk. The product's warranty was about to expire, and it seems like they just don't want to invest or deal with their bad products.

Arrived damaged made repairs working good just cosmetic

Garbage, I have put more money in it than it is worth and I've only had it 2.5 years. Stay away at any price.
