Keep all of your menu items piping hot and readily available with the Avantco STE-4SA four pan open well electric steam table with undershelf! This powerful holding unit can hold four full size food pans full of pasta, meat, or side dishes in each 500W well. This unit is constructed of medium-duty stainless steel with galvanized legs and 8" deep wells, ensuring the durability and reliability you need at your buffet or catered event.
Use the undershelf to store extra serving utensils, food pans, or lids to keep all of the tools you need close at hand. For extra convenience, the polyethylene 8" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board gives you a little extra work space for changing out food pans or filling plates. For optimum heating versatility, each individual well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob. Although intended for dry use, this steam table can be used wet with a compatible spillage pan (sold separately). A 120V electrical connection is required.

The steam table works great. The full size pan we purchased do not fit. The pans are 6” deep but slip into the wells. Is there specific steam table pan that need to be purchased for this table?

“The monitor only lasted the first week. The first one was broken, and the replacement stayed extremely hot, never turning off. It completely broke within four days. When the switch is turned on, it never shuts off, causing it to overheat and even burn my servers’ hands!”

This steam table is a great size for our kitchen and has held up and worked well so far. The cutting board surface and shelf are pretty cheaply made though. Disassembly of that area isn't very convenient for nightly cleaning.

Ok I had to give this product a real try before I wrote a review but here’s my honest opinion This is the worse purchase I have ever made. Yes it’s A steam table and yes it keeps food hot but the hotel pans I have tried just do not fit. I bought dividers because I needed to hold 4, 6th pans and 1 3rd pan. This is a faulty design, the pans fall in every single time I go to grab something and because of how hot the rod gets it’s almost nearly impossible to grab what has fallen in and to top it off the dividers provided to make “all pans fit” don’t work. if you want a headache and constant aggravation go ahead and buy this. 10/10 do not recommend. If you can see the pictures i added you can clearly see the big gaps and doesn’t matter which way I shift them they will 100% always fall in.
