With this oven, do the work of a convection oven, kettle, steamer, and fryer. It has advanced features, accessories, and an intelligent, customizable control. This combi oven features steam and convection cooking modes to accommodate nearly any food, while the combination setting lets you thoroughly cook food much faster than steam or convection alone.
For easy use, this combi oven comes with an easy-to-read 7" programmable touchscreen control that features customizable home screen options, recipe categorization and filtering, and lockout capabilities. It features easy recipe upload and download through its USB port. Thanks to its spacious interior and 3 included wire shelves, this unit can fit up to 7 full size hotel pans, 7 GN 1/1 pans, or six half size sheet pans filled with meats and vegetables.
With the Absolute Humidity Control feature, you can select any humidity level from 0-100%, maximizing food quality, texture, and yield. This unit provides a variety of ways to easily keep it clean with 4 fully automated cleaning cycles and a front accessible and retractable rinse hose.
The zero clearance system maximizes your kitchen space while protecting sensitive temperature components and controls, meaning other equipment in your kitchen can be right up against this combi oven. It also features boilerless steam generation. With its compact size, this unit is perfect to sit on countertops for easy access. A 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
