Item is fully-cooked, pre-seasoned. We use it on our steak sandwiches - don't have to worry about "raw meat" contamination in our cold deli prep space. Also season it up more and use it as a gyro filling.

I like the fact it is already cooked and seasoned saves a lot of work. I used it for different meals one being the cheese steak sandwich, also I used the father Sams tortitlla rounds to make a wrap using the cheese steak with some of the stir fry vegetables and seasoned mushrooms great wrap. My family enjoyed them as well.
