This easy-to-use scale is built for precision and speed, as it features a heavy-duty platform and highly accurate, eco-friendly sealed, single point strain gauge aluminum load cell. This ensures that each product is weighed evenly, no matter where it's placed on the scale. The 18" x 24" tray is made with 304 type stainless steel, while the steel washdown platform can be sprayed down for easy cleanup and has a maximum capacity of 500 lb.
The entire platform is portable, and features 4 swivel wheel casters including 2 with brakes, as well as adjustable feet to keep the platform level. The column that holds the LCD display is removeable and comes with a wall-mounting option. It even includes a RS-232 communication port for easy record. This unit also includes an NTEP indicator with a 1" tall LCD display, which includes a wall mount and is adjustable so you can angle the display to where viewing is convenient. The display is backlit and shows 6 digits at a time, allowing for more precise and visible readings. The indicator functions also include tare, zero, hold, count, accumulate weights, and check weighing for increased versatility whether being used as a standalone unit in your warehouse or being fitted onto your production line.
Perfect for manufacturing sites, markets, shipping docks, and food processing plants, this scale comes packaged with everything you need on day one, including the platform, pan, Legal for Trade indicator, load cells, column, wheels, rail, bubble level, and installation hardware.
