Serves it's purposes. The color is nice and it's held up well for several months.

These are very easy to refill and napkins don’t get stuck. I use them in my food truck and have had no issues. The spring keeps the napkins to the top and customers easily grab what they need.

Works great on our Coffee truck to keep the napkins from blowing away outside at a reasonable price. Easy to use and refill, would purchase them again if needed

These are a great size and have a nice quality look to them. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that we have had a little difficulty getting them to open. However, I would still order them again and just deal with that as we otherwise think it is just right for our restaurant. They are sturdy, a great size as it holds a slightly larger napkin, and are easy to refill (other than getting the latch open).

I've worked in food service for 26 years and never had a napkin holder break on the first napkin load. No, I did not over fill or press down too hard to break the latch. I ended up using packaging tape to secure lid.

Terrible product, if you load more than an inch of napkins you can't use the napkins as they rip. the spring is way too tight.

These are trash!!! The tops do not stay closed, what's the point!!! Don't waste your money.

No matter how little napkins I put in the dispenser, the lid will not stay shut when you pull the next napkin out.

Easy to set up and good quality. Only "complaint" I have is it is a little dark, so you have to use neon colors to show ads. Not a big deal, just something to consider.

Excellent quality—refills and dispenses effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Does the Job

We bought 9 of them, today our opening day in our taco place and 2 of them are broken, not strong enough to hold the napkins.

Work great but it does not hold an entire pack of napkins in them. So you will end up with 1/3 of the pack left and since I use the interfold ones it makes it a pain to have all these partial ones.

Not the best napkin holder. The spring doesn't really work. Was less expensive but wouldn't buy again.

Looks great, solid quality and easy to fill in a rush.

In ordered 39 of these dispensers and the lid does not close firmly. Napkins fall out when we try to grap the dispenser. So frustrating

I like the style and price of this napkin holder. However, I dont know if I got a defective holder or not. When you go to grab a napkin, unless you pull very gently, the top lid of the napkin holder comes off. We had to tape it on to get it to stay in place. I'm gonna assume this one is defective and try to order a new one and see if we have the same problem since the cost is low.

Napkins are much cheaper; these napkin holders are very durable.

Kinda bulky and you have to buy the certain kind of napkin to make it work properly
