Piece of _____! Bought the unit in red with water tank. Worked about 7 months. Then suddenly burnt smell in middle of making espresso shot and stopped working since. Went round with webstaurant and Nuovo on warranty and repair with no contact or follow through from Nuovo certified repair specialist. Finally gave up because time is money and we were losing specialty coffee sales. Purchased another unit with direct connection. This unit fails to fill with water. Called Nuovo support, they walked us through everything. We have machine setup perfectly so they said it must have a faulty switch or blockage in machine and then told us to deal with webstaurant about it. Two bad machines in a row! Stay away from this unit.
