2 bags Numi organic hibiscus tea
1 cup boiled water
2 tsp. simple syrup
3 - 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice
Splash of club soda

Place the two tea bags in a jar with 1 cup hot water. Let the hibiscus tea cool to room temperature. Add the simple syrup and mint leaves to the tea, stir to combine. Fill a shaker with ice, add the hibiscus mixture, and shake. Pour into a glass, top with a splash of club soda, and garnish with fresh mint.
