Nu-Calgon 413508 Details

This Nu-Calgon 4135-08 CalClean evaporator and condenser cleaner is a great way to clean the dirt and grime from evaporators and condensers, and get them looking and working like new again! This product uses a balanced formula of liquid detergents to cut through greasy dirt and dust and keep refrigeration systems running at maximum efficiency. It can be used on evaporator coils, air-cooled condenser coils, permanent filters, fan blades, heating coils, window units, and other soiled surfaces. It's also ideal for painted fin and microchannel coils, and this metal safe formula will not corrode or tarnish aluminum or other metals. The 1 gallon bottle makes it convenient to apply on affected areas, once diluted to the correct ratio.

Application should be performed by an HVAC/R professional. After the equipment is shut off, apply with an appropriate low pressure sprayer. Mix 1 part CalClean with 4 parts water, adding the water to the sprayer first. Spray the solution onto dirty coils and allow it to remain in contact for 5 minutes. After, thoroughly flush with water. When cleaning filters or other greasy parts in a tub, use 1 ounce of CalClean for each gallon of water. Allow parts to soak for 15 minutes before flushing with water from a high pressure hose.
