Easily Dissolve Dirt and Grime

It boasts a non-fuming, professional grade formula that is easy to apply and dissolves dirt, grime, lint, nicotine, mold, food residue, blood, and other organic matter. And since it's alkaline-based, it's much safer than more dangerous HF acid-based cleaners.

Professional Application

Application should be performed by an HVAC/R professional following the directions listed on the product label. After the equipment is shut off, apply with an appropriate low pressure sprayer. Mix 1 part cleaner with 3 parts water, adding the water to the sprayer first. Spray the solution onto dirty evaporator coils. No scrubbing or rinsing is necessary when using on evaporator coils.
