Ensure easy clean-up in your industrial facility with this New Pig BOM405 10' x 5" oil-based liquids only absorbent boom! This durable boom floats on top of water to absorb spills. It absorbs oil-based liquids only without absorbing the water. Plus, it floats on top of the surface even when saturated for easy retrieval. It is constructed with a UV-resistant, spunbound polypropylene skin and tough outer mesh, allowing it to be used outdoors for up to 12 months. This construction ensures fluids easily pass through and absorb.

This boom absorbs up to 6 gallons of liquid. A rope runs along the length of the unit and provides an ample 400 lb. capacity for superior strength. Thanks to the white color, this boom is easy to see outside and will clearly indicate the saturation level. For easy disposal, it can be incinerated to reduce waste and prevent liquids from combining. To cover a larger area, this boom includes durable, zinc-plated carbon steel attachment clips to link multiple units together.
