It fits (20) 18" x 26" full-size or (40) 18" x 13" half-size bun pans or (20) 18" x 26", (20) 20" x 22", or (40) 10" x 20" roast & bake pans. It also suits (20) 12" x 18" or 12" x 20" steam table pans or (20) 15" x 20" or 14" x 18" service trays. It can even hold (20) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" maxi pans or (20) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" standard gastronorm pans.

This durable rack supports up to 1,500 lb. Constructed of heavy-duty D-tube aluminum, it resists rust and corrosion and withstands the demands of high-volume use. Plus, it is welded to prevent dirt from accumulating in cracks and crevices. The ergonomic uprights ensure easy gripping, while the 1" square tube cross-braces and heavy angle gussets ensure the chassis remains rigid under extreme loads.
