It also accommodates (11) 20" x 22", 18" x 26", and 10" x 20" roast & bake pans and (11) 12" x 20" or (22) 12" x 18" steam table pans. You can even use it for (11) 15" x 20" or (22) 14" x 18" service trays or (11) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" maxi pans or standard gastronorm pans.

This unit is made of durable welded aluminum that resists rust and corrosion for industrial and commercial use.
