It also suits (18) 18" x 12" or 12" x 20" steam table pans or (18) 15" x 20" or 14" x 18" service trays. It can even hold (18) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" maxi pans or (18) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" standard gastronorm pans.

This durable rack supports up to 1,350 lb. Constructed of heavy-duty D-tube aluminum, it withstands the demands of high-volume use.
